Company Overview

Founded in January 2004, Wuxi Runda Dye-Finishing Equipment Factory has spent more than two decades focused entirely on the design and manufacture of dyeing and finishing machinery. We are a privately held, production-based manufacturer based in the Qianzhou supporting area of Wuxi Huishan Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province. Qianzhou is one of China's long-established clusters for textile dyeing machinery - and in particular for jigger dyeing equipment - which puts our roughly 3,000-square-meter workshop right inside the industry's supply ecosystem, close to raw materials, component suppliers, and an experienced skilled workforce.

R&D and Process Philosophy

We maintain long-term cooperative relationships with textile research institutes and technical colleges, working alongside them to continuously refine both equipment design and the dyeing processes the equipment is built to serve. Our engineering philosophy is straightforward: we build machines that fit the realities of modern dyehouses - small batches, frequent style changes, and tight energy budgets. Rather than chasing ever-larger single-unit capacity, we prioritize machines that are quick to set up, stable across runs, and economical to operate.

Product Portfolio

Our product line spans five series and more than twenty machine models:

• Jigger dyeing machines: the SWR1400 fully computerized giant jigger, the SWR1000 and WR680 atmospheric automatic jiggers, and the GR1000 / R680 series high-temperature, high-pressure automatic jiggers.
• Other dyeing equipment: overflow, airflow, and loose-stock dyeing machines.
• Drying, heat-setting, and coating equipment: drying ranges, stenter setting machines, and coating machines.
• Flocking machines.
• Hot stamping machines.

Quality and After-Sales

Performance reliability and process consistency are the two criteria our machines are built and tested to. Our jigger dyeing equipment has been adopted in volume by a number of domestic dyeing and finishing mills running continuous production lines, and we back every unit with a complete after-sales service network covering installation, commissioning, and ongoing technical support.

Global Markets

Our equipment is currently in operation in Vietnam, India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Pakistan, Japan, Thailand and other Southeast Asian markets. From an industry standpoint, Chinese-made giant jigger dyeing machines have seen steadily growing shipments to Vietnam, Bangladesh, and Turkey in recent years; RCEP and Belt and Road-related investment continue to expand dyeing capacity across Southeast Asia, and overseas buyers are showing increasing demand for cost-competitive, well-engineered Chinese dye-finishing equipment. We see this trend as a natural fit for the kind of machines we have always built.
